How Aesthetic Marketing Was Built Came to Be
Aesthetic Marketing was founded in 2015 by Gabrielle Sinclair, a former practice manager and patient experience director who spent seven years working inside a high-volume cosmetic surgery center in Scottsdale, Arizona. During those seven years, Gabrielle watched brilliant surgeons, gifted injectors, and exceptional estheticians lose patients to competitors who were simply better at marketing — not better at medicine. She watched practices spend tens of thousands of dollars on generalist agencies that didn’t understand the compliance environment, couldn’t write clinically accurate content, and measured success in likes rather than booked appointments.
She built Aesthetic Marketing to be the agency she could never find as a practice manager: one that arrived already knowing the industry, already understanding the patient, and already committed to measuring success in the only terms that matter inside a practice — revenue, patient volume, and appointment bookings.
Aesthetic Marketing launched with three clients in the Scottsdale and Phoenix markets. Today we manage marketing programs for practices across 24 states, with a team of 18 specialists whose collective backgrounds span clinical aesthetics, medical content writing, performance marketing, SEO, brand strategy, and practice operations. Every member of the team was hired specifically for their aesthetic industry knowledge — not their general digital marketing credentials.
01 / 2015 — Founded in Scottsdale, Arizona
Aesthetic Marketing launched with a founding team of three and an initial client roster of cosmetic surgery offices and medspa studios in the Phoenix metro area. From day one, the agency committed to working exclusively in the aesthetic and medical beauty space — a decision that shaped every hire, every methodology, and every client result that followed.
02 / 2019 — National Expansion & Full-Service
By 2019, Aesthetic Marketing had grown to serve practices in 11 states and had built out a full suite of aesthetic-specific services — SEO, paid advertising, social media management, reputation management, website development, and patient retention programs — all delivered by specialists with direct aesthetic industry backgrounds. Aesthetic Marketing currently operates with a core team of 18 full-time specialists. The team includes Practice Strategists who serve as dedicated client contacts, SEO and content specialists with health communication backgrounds, paid media managers with aesthetic industry experience, social media managers and content coordinators, web designers and developers specializing in aesthetic practice websites, and a reputation management and patient retention specialist. We do not use offshore freelancers or content farms for any client-facing deliverable.

All client engagements are managed remotely, with virtual kickoff sessions, monthly review calls, and on-site visits available for select engagements at the client's request.
Our current client portfolio spans the full spectrum of aesthetic and medical beauty practice types: medical spas, cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery offices, cosmetic dental studios, dermatology practices with an aesthetic focus, integrative wellness and functional medicine clinics, luxury skincare studios, independent nurse injectors operating private practices, licensed estheticians and master estheticians running independent studios, IV therapy and regenerative medicine clinics, and body contouring and laser treatment centers. Our smallest client is a solo nurse injector studio with a single treatment room. Our largest is a multi-location medspa group with six locations and over $8 million in annual revenue.
